Surrounded by a starry sky inside an illusionary world, you play a novice of magic, Enúhr who needs to solve various puzzles to finally be allowed to receive the knowledge of the ancient rune magic. With that, Enúhr will finally be able to inherit the title of a rune mage to continue magic within his bloodline as his lost family has before.

There are three types of puzzles to solve in the game.

The first is to walk over platforms in a specific order to have them all light up as you reach the last one. But if you walk over the wrong one, they reset complete or up to a certain point.

Beginning at an orb, you will need to rotate crystal pillars to guide a ray of Mana through ruins and into another orb. But beware that not all crystal shards may be necessary for the solution.

Lastly, hidden all over the landscape are five runes which you need to gather to advance. You'll have to sort them onto a seal in a specific order, which will become visible after the puzzle with the orbs and crystals is solved.
